Lamb loin chops

Loin chops are tender and flavorful, and must for any dinner party. Each pack contains four chops, cut an inch thick, and sold by the lb. $28 will get two packages of chops, approximately 8 chops. We cook them with a little salt and pepper, pan fried until slightly pink in the middle. They are delicious in their simplicity.
