Lamb rib chops

Rib chops are some of the best cuts on the lamb, and although these are small they pack a punch with flavor. Ribs come in packages of 4 ribs per package, sold by the lb and the current price will get you two packages of chops. We add a small amount of salt and pepper and pan fry leaving pink in the middle.
