Lamb shoulder steaks

Shoulder steaks are perfect grilled or pan fried, leaving a little pink on the inside. Larger than a chop but with the same tenderness and flavor, steaks are a top choice in this family. We add a small amout of salt and pepper to each steak and fry on both sides, allowing the flavor of the meat to shine.

Steaks are sold by the lb, two to a package.
