Order your half or whole lamb to fill your freezer all winter long!

Our lambs are typically 35-45lbs hanging, and processing is typically around $100. We use a local butcher who we have a long-standing relationship with to butcher the animals. We will work closely with you, the customer, to discuss cuts and dates (dates available are November (sold out), January (sold out) and February. You will pick it up directly from the butcher and pay the final fee at the butcher. Half a lamb is enough to enjoy lamb once a month or less, I typically tell people to go for the whole lamb because it is so delicious you will want more. Our lamb is 100% grass-fed and we use natural methods to manage health.

The cost to the customer is $9.50 lb hanging weight plus the processing fee. To secure your lamb please pay the $50 deposit which will be deducted from your total amount at butchering. 

 If you order a lamb be sure to ask for some of it to be made into wild rice brats, they are pretty amazing!

Butcher dates for the lambs are in the fall, this is a reservation for a whole or half. Once purchased you be directed to a google form to complete which indicates the preferred butcher date. You will receive additional information regarding the process, cuts, and recommendations closer to your date.
